WHO we are
Established in 1906, the Atlantic City Day Nursery has spent more than a century providing compassionate care and education for Atlantic City’s children.
Governed by a board of directors, the Day Nursery’s qualified staff is dedicated to developing the social, emotional and cognitive development of each student.
WHAT we are
The Atlantic City Day Nursery exists to provide a safe, developmentally appropriate environment for children ages infant to six years old.
Our curriculum includes math, science, early reading, writing, and spelling lessons in preparation for kindergarten. We also believe in learning through play and imagination. Our programs include sensory exploration, art, music and movement.
WHERE we are
Located in the Chelsea neighborhood—just blocks from Stockton University and O’Donnell Memorial Park—the Day Nursery maintains four classrooms, a professional kitchen, a music room, and a private outdoor space that boasts a playground, outdoor learning centers, and a fruit and vegetable garden.
